SHIPPING POLICY
Default Shippings:
1. Standard Ground Shipping: Utilize USPS Ground
2. UPS Ground services to receive your items in approximately 1-7 business days, at a flat rate of $7.00.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns as long as you meet our guidelines/errors on our part:

We must be contacted within 48 hours of delivered item(s)

When contacting, please provide with order number and reasoning.

We are not liable for any packages that were delivered to the correct address provided and are claiming it was never received, once the package goes it is out of our hands, it's up to USPS to deliver and respond to any issue relating to delivery.

Holiday bows are not returnable, bows made with Metallic, Chiffon or any other ribbons that is not grosgrain are also not returnable.

Once Items are received we will inspect them and after they get approved, an exchange will be issued.

Buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return item(s).

Original shipping is not refunded.

We will not take back items that have been worn/used/decorated/glued/washed, crafted with, etc. Please check your items as soon as you receive them.

We will not accept any returns due to not being "True to color" or "too big or too small". Please check our color charts and our measurements.

Orders that are refused after we have shipped, that are returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery makes shipping is not refunded.

Orders that are returned to us with insufficient addresses or incorrect addresses are treated and processed as returns if we are unable to get a hold of you to obtain accurate shipping information and payment for reshipping charges.
